While we strive to deliver promptly, we regret that we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests. Deliveries will be made between our standard delivery hours, depending on your location.

Each order includes one delivery attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
Unsuccessful deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details will incur a redelivery fee. To avoid delays and extra charges, please double-check your address before confirming your order.

All order issues (e.g., damaged / incomplete orders) must be filed within two (2) working days from the date you receive your parcel.
Order issue requests must be supported with a complete unboxing video (from the unopened package to revealing the item).
Orders without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Once a valid order issue is filed, we will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
In the event of any unexpected delays due to adverse weather conditions, flooding, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, our customer service team will promptly communicate with all affected customers.
Our Customer Service Representative will provide the tracking code via WhatsApp.
If you or no one is available to receive the order(s), we will be in touch to schedule a second delivery. Additional delivery charges may be incurred.
If you have already checked out and would like to change the delivery address, contact our customer service team at +6016 9562 840 (Joyce) or email support@mrchowliquorstore.com as soon as possible; we will try our best to rearrange the scheduled delivery.
If the rearrangement is unsuccessful, it will be considered a new delivery. We will inform you of any additional delivery costs that might be incurred, and your order will be redelivered pending your approval.
A processing fee will be incurred for any request for a change in delivery address.
