The legendary Moet & Chandon is celebrating 270 years as the world’s most-loved champagne. For over a quarter of a millennium, the renowned French winemaker has been sharing the magic of champagne across the globe. Every glass overflows with the House’s hallmark values of history, generosity, savoir-faire, success, boldness and elegance—values still at the heart of its global appeal. Toward the end of the 18th century, Jean-Remy Moët, grandson of founder Claude Moët, became famous as the man who introduced champagne to the world.

Moet & Chandon Ice Impérial is the first and only champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice and uses more than 100 different wines of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals. The reserve wines include Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

40 – 50% Pinot Noir for its intense fruitiness as well as structure which integrates the dosage. 30 – 40% Pinot Meunier for the richness and fullness that provides a melting sensation mid-palate. Finally, 10 – 20% Chardonnay is for elegance, acidity and freshness, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Moet & Chandon Ice Impérial is bottled at 12% ABV.
